I just got a storage unit at this location and It made so easy and smooth by Adriana and Dolores. I walked in the office and greet me very professionally and walked over to storage unit and explained everything how to they operate and rules before any paper work. Amazing service ! really enjoyed doing business here, especially that it was very personal to me in my situation and they were really considerate about it. I believe her name was Dolores , probably one of the nicest employees I’ve met in New York since I’ve been here and they really don’t know how important this situation was for me. The storage itself is really good. However, i get annoyed at the fact that they increase your rate after a few months, and you have to move to the next one, the same size just to get the previous rate.
