"Impeccably clean and easy to access storage space. VERY easy to rent a space online with no need to deal with key pickup or any sort of in person registration. Only frustration is that key code/elevator process is NOT clear in their instructions or onsite. Had to have a kind stranger show me the process which was not detailed in the email or on the sign by the elevator. You will also wait for 30+ minutes on the phone to get an answer (unless they hang up) if you need assistance during off hours."
