"I have been a client with life storage for as long as they have been at the fishkill location. Every time I stop by whether it's to pay my bill or to gather something out of my unit it's always a pleasure. In the office I always have a great experience with Jared, he is very professional and always answers any questions I have for him. The office is clean and there's always plenty of inventory for those who need it. I have some valuable items in my unit and with the heated and air-conditioned building I'm a ease knowing my stuff is safe and well taken care of. Take it from me,if you need a storage unit I highly recommend life storage for all your storage needs."

"I was with Life storage of Fishkiill, NY for about 3 years, give or take. I can state that their climate control is very clean and efficient, however it is very expensive I have to admit, I appreciate the how clean they keep their facility. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they could update their system pads that they use coming and going. I know it is for the safety of everyone and their things. There are good systems that instead of having to remember and put in your code at several locations, for instance why not give your customers a card they can swipe when they first come in, having TWO swiping pads one to check in and check out and one to unlock the door. It is far more convenient and faster, also you could also add carts/dolly’s with side bars like the ones at Home Depot. Just my opinion, I hope this review helps others along the way."

"I used this facility for 8 years - before it was even owned by Life Storage.  I would STILL be using it, were I not moving out of state. During those 8 years, there have been a variety of managers, most good, some not so good.  However, the current manager, Jared, has been there for awhile now, and he is tops.  Straightforward, friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions.  Most importantly, he keeps the facility in good order.  Highly recommended."
