I called looking for a particular size. Which was not available considering my choices. Jared, the representative there called me back to notify me the unit I wanted become available and called me again when it was final. The Customer Service was outstanding. Thank you again for your help

Very clean , employees are always helpful the only problem I had was randomly one month my rate went up $75 I called and the employee was helpful said that they send out a postcard 30 days in advance notifying me of the increase I never received that postcard and since I get emails and text messages to notify me of everything else like asking me to write this review I think that's how they should notify you when your going to increase my monthly payment 40% again the employee was helpful ran the prices in the area and was able to lower the increase but just think if there going to increase the monthly fee they should notify you more effectively
