Particularly Dan(?), the manager at the Elicott street location in buffalo. I've rarely been so welcomed anywhere ever. Good dude. "

I went to the building today to retrieve an important file and found the door locked with a sign that the manager is out until a certain hour. I expect to alway have access to my files during the normal business hours set by Uncle Bob's [Life Storage] management -- not hit and miss hours."
