The challenge I faced was once I wanted to lock in my rental price just at the two month mark, there was no budging since the system had already made the change to increase.

I've been very pleased with Life Storage for my storage needs. It is always clean and I've had no issues or concerns. Judson Moreau is now the manager at the North Babylon location, and he has been extremely helpful, considerate, and accommodating to me since the first day I met him! His genuinely friendly and helpful demeanor is always very appreciated! Judd is quite an asset for Life Storage!!

This place was honestly better when it was Extra Space Storage, late fees weren't as high and the rental cost wasn't as either. I was renting a space for over a year and the price as of this month went from 3 something to 5 something that's a very large increase that most ppl aren't trying to spend. I moved to a closer location and for the cost I was paying when I first came to this location which was around 2 something. Your only saving grace here is the manager Judd, he gives great customer service. Sad to say goodbye to this place but outside of that, $500 a mth is a ridiculous price for storage. And it's not like you can get a contract to have a stable price it just fluctuates and you hope you're not going to get another letter in the mail saying btw price is going up. So rent here if you can afford it, it's in a great area at least.

I could not be happier with the customer service I received from Judson, since the very first time he called me to confirm the reservation I did online. In person when I went to set up everything it was better! The emphatic and care just wonderful, 100% recommended.
