"Was a customer for five years.  Paid 15000 plus in fees to store my belongings that were expensive and some that were priceless.  When I was in my unit this weekend I moved some stuff and there is a rat infestation in my unit. All of my belongings are damaged with feces urine and boxes chewed .   Memories ruined. Also stuff was water damaged.  Photos my beds. The Customer service was disgraceful and wouldn't even offer the dumpster to throw all of this away or a refund for even the month. Instead I'm rushing threw insurance claims so I don't have to pay another month.  I am Devastated.  They have handled this so poorly and with a lack of respect that I won't let this go.  I will check w a lawyer and if I'm not within my rights to sue I will continue to blast them to anyone.  At this point I'm upset I will never get my contents back but I'm more mad that I paid all of this rent to only have my stuff become garbage.  They knew they had rodents. They should've alerted people to check their units.   It's unacceptable. Please be weary"
