I recently did a transfer from a bigger storage unit into a smaller one. I'm happy they had available options for me to choose from. I like that there are different units and that they have up to 5 levels. Its also climate controlled. It's affordable and it depends on your needs."

There was an extremely helpful young lady named Serena who walked me thru Life Storage's policies and terms carefully and patiently so that I would understand what to expect from them and vice versa. She gave me a walk thru of the facility showed me to my unit and even recommended that I book online for the first month free deal that also included a pretty fair discount for the first 3 months. This is what good workers look like and she definitely deserves a raise for her excellent customer service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Life Storage over the Uhaul up the street- that Uhaul wishes it had workers like Serena and a clean respectable facility like this Life Storage location."
