Very helpful, very clean best experience I’ve had with this service, way better then Uhaul wish you had truck but still excellent service and the staff is the best very helpful.

Rent increased, if you move your belongings out they want you to wash up somewhere else. Sign is on bathroom door from company. That sign has been removed. Another issue is manager owner approached me accusing me of not having a unit wanting to know the number of my units he wasn't located in the office and he wasn't allowing his office staff to ask questions and it was during the day when you didn't need a passcode to get in and some of their doors aren't working properlyand their locks aren't working properly and I am not recommending this place after the conversation with the manager and he was giving me details I didn't ask for. He told me that he was being robbed in there and he thought people were living in those places. I don't really believe that and I feel sorry after the conversation with the owner.
