At one point, we had 3 storage units at Life Storage in Wall. We've had a very good experience dealing with Frances. She was very helpful as we transitioned from 3 to 2 and hopefully to 1 unit. She is professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the storage facility. She does it all; even using power tools to break open a lock when we lost our key!
