  "The staff at this location are terrific! The manager, Lito, was very helpful and welcoming. Maria, in particular, was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I called several times from out of state to arrange my rental unit. She provided excellent customer service and is a fabulous employee. Then when I arrived in town, both Lito and Maria remembered me and my calls. It has been such a pleasant experience to work with them! "

  "I rented one of the lockers last year and was pleased with the service and the space I rented, so when I needed to store some stuff I returned. The lockers I rented both times were very convenient and close to the door and my car so it was perfect for me. Also the cart was easy to find."

  "The Staff at the Jamesburg location should be the training model for not just Uncle Bob's but for all storage facilities. Though it was in the first day of transitioning from another company to Uncle Bob's and the unit I needed was the smallest offered you would think the way the Staff accommodated me I was renting out half the place. Even the follow up calls to ensure my needs were being met was a pleasant surprise, and one that will not be forgotten. "

I've never rented storage space before, but Sue walked me through what I would need, explained the security and layout of the facility, and showed me the space that I eventually ended up renting. Yvonne was very helpful in the days leading up to the actual move---she helped arrange the moving truck and set me up with a lock and packing tape at the last minute. Both were very nice, very helpful, and very professional."
