"This is my 2nd experience storing my personal belongings with Life Self Storage located at 1929 Rt. 37 East, Toms River, NJ 08753. Obviously, I was 100% satisfied the 1st time with Life Self Storage in and of itself as a company but the real magnetic draw in returning to Life Self Storage a 2nd time is inexplicably and without a doubt, the manager Gina Gibbons. From my initial conversation with Gina on the phone to the actual 1st time I had the pleasure of meeting her face to face, Gina’s warm and welcoming ways immediately made me feel very comfortable and put any concerns that I may have had to rest. Moving is hard. It can get to the point where it is quite physically and mentally exhaustive. Gina knows this. She also knows that by the time her customers get to her they’ve most likely gone through the arduous and emotional process of either buying or selling a home and all that is involved with that process or perhaps renting, packing, and moving to a new location. Helping her customers move and assuring them that their very personal and prized possessions will be safe and protected is Gina’s business. She knows her business inside and out and she succeeds at it every single day. I’ve personally been on the receiving end of Gina’s calm words of encouragement and have also been in the office when I’ve heard her offer the same kindness to customers on the phone who are at their wits end with moving and trying to find a storage facility to accommodate their needs. Gina truly tries to alleviate as much stress and aggravation that the process of moving may have on her customers. Gina explains that Life Storage has vans and trucks that are available to rent at a very reasonable cost to her customers. The rental vehicles come fully equipped with everything that could be needed during a move, i.e., a hand truck, bungee cords, etc. Also, the office that Gina is the Manager of and all of the other Life Storage locations as well, offer an array of merchandise that might be needed to makes her customer’s move easier for them. They offer a Start-Up Kit for $25 that contains different sized boxes and a roll of packing tape. Wardrobes to keep hanging items neat, bubble wrap to ensure that all fragile belongings stay unharmed and pad locks to ensure that your belongings are kept safe. Another great perk that Gina offers is a 20% discount on any and all items purchased for up to 2 weeks from your initial day of storage. Also, when one of Life Storage’s vehicles are rented for the 1st time certain fees are waived as an incentive. Gina keeps her Main Office and the hallways of the storage buildings immaculate. I’ve never, ever seen dirt or even one piece of garbage anywhere on the property of Life Storage. Gina keeps it neat and clean just as we would keep our homes. I would absolutely 100% recommend Life Storage to my family, friends, and anyone I find out is in need of a storage facility. I would especially recommend the Life Storage that is located at 1929 Rt.37 East Toms River, NJ 08753 because that is the Life Storage that Gina Gibbons is the Manager of. Gina will treat you like Royalty and a VIP. She will accommodate you and assist you in any way that she can to make your experience as smooth as possible. I’ve had the honor of knowing Gina Gibbons for quite a few years at this point. She deserves every single ounce of praise that she is given. She excels at her job. Gina also excels at being a good, kind person. I am proud to say that not only is Gina a business acquaintance but I also consider her to be a friend."
