I walked into the office on a very tight schedule of only having 15mins. of time on my hands. I needed to secure a storage unit with a lock and insurance. I asked if she could get in done within 15mins, she said no problem and off she went. She not only secured a unit, lock, insurance, gave me detailed information, found me the best rates and she also drove me to my unit to show me how to use the lock!!! All within 15mins!
