One staff member made my 60-year-old mother cry on the phone; another refused to honor the disingenuous "1 Month Free" deal that, in truth, only lasted for ten days, then proceeded to blame me for "misunderstanding" the website they told us to use rather than sign up in store. In hindsight, an easy grift. Save yourself the trouble and try Store Space Self Storage instead."

Tried contacting life storage since we had driven so far only for the office to be closed and our unit locked. After sitting on site waiting for a call back-we saw who we later learned to be Tina and asked her for assistance. This was a life saver with gas prices and the time it took to get there.
