"I rent a 10x30 unit for my small business and regularly bring my 37' box truck on the property. Unlike a lot of storage places around here, this location is very spacious, easy to navigate with even the largest box truck, and is also easy to access from the main road thanks to the straight entrance right up to the gate (I don't understand why other places make it such a tight squeeze right from the start with S-bends and narrow 90-degree turns and poles and fences and trees). Chris Bond has been an excellent help with everything I've had questions about so far. I started with a 10x10 which we quickly outgrew and Chris was able to get me into a 10x30 without all the runaround that I've heard other people complain about with other less professional storage managers. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need of storage space ."

"From my experience this facility worked better with other customers then minority customers. I witnessed this facility bend the rules/policy and provide outstanding arrangements with Caucasian customers then minority customer. When I ask for the same customer service in return it’s like being profiled and judged because of who I am and what I do for a living and being compared to the bad customers they’ve experienced. Every time I talked about my situation it was always if I did it for you I have to do it for the customers that stood me up in the past and allow it. I had covid and was out of work for almost two months and I called this site even before payment was due and was told that they couldn’t let me work out any payment arrangement until I can get the money and then In full mean while I had to take to take care of my medical bills along with other bills. I went the extra mile to try and plan for the future payment arrangements and was pretty much told that if I can not pay while in the e r then my unit would be sold and they don’t make arrangements according to their “policy.” I’m appalled as a valued customer who was their in person and see these people make arrangements with other clients who were more wealthier and were Caucasian that got better treatment then what I did as a middle class individual. I called the main headquarters and brought this to their attention but got nothing but empty promises. The manager at that place showed no compassion and or empathy as well as contradicting everything about his policy when he bent the rules for his customers that I’ve seen done in person. As far as being compared to his past customers as an irresponsible person was like being compared to someone like him who knows nothing about customer service and tries to lie to you after him bending the rules for other customers and takes cash bribes from what the manager requested from me. Be careful with this place I’m very happy I left and went to somewhere much better that I feel is a lot more professional then this low life who represents a company with his compression of a bad customer. Yes I will throw my ethnicity because from perception of what I witnessed in person this manager treats wealthier Caucasian customers better then a minority person. I witnessed this on several occasions before the manager all of a sudden wanted to enforce the covid rules."

"I had no problems up until the date i moved out and asked why they were charging me for another month. Chris and i almost got into an argument over it. I paid for a month, on my last day i moved everything out, and chris made it so aggravating. I didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism and anger he portrayed to me over the phone. It was one step away from becoming a serious problem with me. But after chris’ attitude i will NEVER use this storage unit nor ever recommend it. If i was an unhappy customer asking why im being charged an extra months rent for no reason as i just moved everything out, i dont need an aggravated employee trying to hassle me, give me the run around, raising tones, and being quickly hung up on the way he did. Mustive been a bad day for chris but as a customer I deserved better respect. Its a shame, i was gonna leave an excellent 5 star review until i had to deal with chris’ attitude and being ripped off."

"It was clean and well lit, but there are hidden costs they don't tell you about on the phone, (you have to buy the lock and mandatory insurance), and there is only one dolly that you can use in the whole, extensive, place, which is often already being used by someone else."

"I had a great stay keeping my camper on lot for about 11 years. I originally parked there for convivence and thought for security too however after my camper was broken into I learned the cameras on site were not working or even looking over the area where I was parked. Unfortunately no way to capture crooks and I endured significant loss as a result. I made a decision to extend and pave my driveway to park camper along side my home."
