The manager had a battery charging device that jump started my car so I didn't have to go find jumper cables and come back. It makes all the difference to have an actual person on site! "I use this storage facility on Lafayette Road and have been very pleased. The gentlemen at the front desk is always so kind, helpful, and professional. Before we selected our unit he showed us all the different units available that would meet our needs. We are picky, it really took us a while but he was SO patient and helpful the whole time. I couldn't ask for better service. We never used a storage facility before and he kindly walked us through the process. The building is clean, well managed, dry, secure, and temp controlled.  I couldn't ask for a better experience.  Recently, I stopped in to provide updated insurance information. I was happy to see the same person who originally helped us was still there. He was still as helpful as ever (thank you). It's nice to see that the company retains their employees, especially the good ones."
