"Being the dummy I am ( just ask my wife ) I had forgotten the pass code since I last came here ....I tried breaking down the fence ( kidding ) ..I notice two employees doing inventory and talking to the customers children inside so I burst in and politely interrupted the employees and they could tell I was frazzled...they were so kind and took me by the hand and the other employee jammed a rag soaked with gas to calm my nerves. . I GOT the passcode and all was good ...I got it tattooed on my toddlers forehead . CAUTION: THIS WAS RIDDLED WITH SARCASM .. Life Storage Rocks"

"This storage location saved our lives last week. We had hired a moving company to move our belongings from NH to TX. The moving company tried to pull a bait and switch on us last minute, at which they left all of our belongings at our home and we needed to be out of the home the same day. I called this storage location at 6 pm. Within 10 minutes I had a 10x25 storage area. We were able to move all my belongings out of my current home quickly. It was a life saver. The staff is very friendly, and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend this storage facility."

"I've never rented a storage unit before, but these guys made it easy. I was able to apply online beforehand, which saved me the $25 admin fee. The morning I was supposed to go to the store, I received a call from the manager wanting to know if I had any questions he could answer. When I told him I was getting dressed to come in, he said he'd stay in the office and wait for my arrival. Once I arrived, the process was quick and easy. Jim was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to answer any questions I had and explained the contract thoroughly."
