When we pulled up after a 10 hour drive our unit was ready and had a welcome package inside. It was very thoughtful to have the lock and some mints. We completed our process online and everything went smoothly. You'll need to go inside to get the updated code so get there before she leaves at 5 pm. The unit was clean and very big. The facility also provides carts to put your boxes on to help with unloading. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. It's also in a great part of town so we felt safe being there."

"This is one of those times you wish a zero could be given as they don’t deserve even one star. Life Storage (4622 Hualapai) is geared toward increasing your monthly payment higher each month. They have no desire to generate a successful business relationship, nor will they offer the simplicity of a courteous auto reminder, thru email or text, that payment is due. And if they catch you with a promo, make sure you get it in writing. In fact, have them provide all fees in writing. Late fees are not a flat fee, but rather a percentage of unit cost. Such as 6 days late generated a $58.00 late fee for me. No wonder they don’t provide auto reminders. A 3 month promotion, with this being 3rd month, is going to cost 358.00, late fee included. Too many other storage companies in Vegas, so do yourself a favor & stay away from Life Storage. They are trying to create a luxurious storage unit for a cardboard box. And without the lattes or a glass of fine wine served at the gate going in, but rather a fancy sack with a pen that doesn’t write. Truly, Life Storage is an expensive joke at your cost. The BBB gets a letter for sure!"

"I never write bad reviews, but the customer service at this particular location is awful. Long story short, I was supposed to take over my dad's lease with the 3 months half off deal. The manager agreed, and told us to wait till the end of the month to switch so that we got the full 3 months half off. When it came time to switch the lease to my name, none of the staff had any clue as to what we were doing. When they called the manager Rick, he said that he would no longer be honoring the 3 months half off deal because it expired; even though - 1. The manager was the one who told us to wait 2. There was a sign in the front of the facility still advertising the deal 3. Even on this Yelp page right now, there are advertisements for this exact deal When I called later on to see if they offered any other specials, I explained all of this to the receptionist. She said she was sorry, and that higher ups would reach out to me to try and figure something out. That was almost two weeks ago; no call or contact with them whatsoever. So unprofessional and just horrible customer service. I wish this worked out because the facility is great, but moving forward I will be telling everyone I know to use a different storage company with honest business practices and better service."

"Last week I needed to advise my Life Storage location that the credit card on my auto pay authorization needed to be updated.  Normally a small issue to go to the office and provide the information.   However, during today's COVID-19 time it would have been a hassle.  Rick, the Hualapai store manager, talked with me on the phone, guided me through the online process available and made sure we had a successful launch of my online account and the credit card update.  Along the way I also learned more about this facility on Hualapai and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.  They are doing a great job with dealing with the COVID-19 restrictions as well.  Great place."

The employee called around to find me a unit at another Life Storage that would accommodate our needs and cancelled our contract with no fee. "From Kasia who provided professional, kind and welcoming assistance when I was first inquiring about a unit to actually locking me then in on a unit a week or so later, to Rick who helped me out of a jam when I was not understanding and challenged by my lock right when it was nighttime and he was closing up shop, I have experienced nothing but good, kind, helpful people working at this location.   Prices might be a touch on the higher side if you are comparing to other places around the valley, but in addition to friendly staff, you are paying for the location for sure.  I feel this facility is safe, having converted all storage unit key locks to a cylinder locks at all Life Storage facilities and well lit at night.  I am confident in my choice of choosing this location to store our extra possessions. Prices and your contract go "month to month" and there is no pro-rated rent for moving out early.  You then are not locked in for a long period of time, if you only need it for a short period of time.  There was a special running for half off the first three months.  I walked in to secure my unit, but you can book on-line as well.  I think special discount offers can vary. Also note, that the units on the main building are basically "swamp cooler cooled, not air conditioned," but the units not attached to the main building do not have any temperature control because they are not attached to the main building.  I think I am correct about this and might make a difference based on what you are storing. I have rented a storage unit from Life Storage before, at another location here in town.  There are a lot of Life Storage facilities all over Las Vegas, if you had not noticed.  This facility here on Hualapai was owned by another company and became a Life Storage a few months back.  Having had a good experience at the other location I rented from prior, I was glad to see this place become a Life Storage, very conveniently located to my Summerlin life and did not hesitate to reach out to them when I was looking for storage again. Fully confident in Life Storage here on Hualapai and would not hesitate to refer anyone to this location for their storage needs."
