So this shout-out is way way overdue. I give this place a 100/10 NO LIE. Rick is an amazing stand up understanding Soul ?????? I have been with this place for almost 12 years it has gone through name changes and had a make over after make over but I must say i believe the last 6 to 8 years I believe that he has been there have been nothing but comforting. I love to hear his voice on the other end of my call knowing I'll get a friendly demenor and possible giggles as he jokes with me about giving him my funds for another 10 years to come. I live out of state but vegas will always be my second home. When the day comes where I finally get my stuff out of storage, i will feel like im losing a family member. No Im NOT PAID to write this review. I think it is absolutely Amazing that He is Still here and I can count on him to take my call and make sure my things are secure. The unit is a perfect size. They are always having specials and I havent had to worry about vandlizing or tampering (knock on wood) and his crew is just as humble as he is. Thank for being a top notch storage facility and watching over my childhood memoriez. Also thankyou for thee reliable reminders of when my paymemts are do. I will see ya again here soon sir. I was looking for a new storage company because mine just kept increasing rates and never had cats available. I rented a unit at this facility many years ago and was always happy. Even though it’s a bit further than my current storage, I will be moving back here. I spoke with Rick and he was very helpful. My storage agreed to lower my price for 3 months so I am staying until then so I can get help moving. But, will definitely be contacting Rick and scheduling my move in date. I appreciate the professionalism, the knowledge, and support Rick offered.

The storage is very well maintain, very secure, and most important reachable and personal customer service. Rick and Sacha are an asset to their company. They are very professional yet personable. If you go to their office, always a genuine smile and helpful attitude. Rick took the time to help me with my acct instead of letting me trying to do it online.
