"Free truck for new move ins is a great perk and very useful. Staff is friendly and helpful, everything was fast and easy. Truck is a great size, small enough to maneuver easily and be cheap on gas but big enough to hold what you need. We loaded a large sectional sofa and 3 mattresses in one trip. Having both a side and back door is especially helpful and its easy to drive."

"Be aware everyone I rented a storage here in March 2020 for $169.00 a month then in September they start charging me $188.00 for no reason they just raced it with out my authorization and this month my rent jumped to $218.00 a month and just checking for next month payment will $220.00 so i will call my bank to dispute the payments i made for the extra charge and business bureau"

"Oh my, where to begin. Pros - The place is nice and clean - Dollies and carts at your disposal - Very secure area, with cameras all over the place - Interesting locks for your storage units, very secure and also I've never seen anything like it - Guillotine styled gate, slightly intimidating but also pretty cool - Inside in the units and the walkways are clean, well lit and looks like they polished the floor - A few bumps and scratches but nothing noteworthy - Car, boat and RV storage is available - Thomas is an excellent store manager, very friendly, set me up with a moving van at a different store, letting me know about specials and deals (Frank if you're reading this, Thomas is #1 in my book) - Lots of moving supplies in store - Vaulted ceilings if you're a high stacker - You have access 18 hours a day 5am to 11pm - Store is open 7 days a week -Pest control is twice a month and I haven't seen any critters there so it's working Con(s) - There's a neighborhood right next to this place, kinda feels bad when the Dollies, carts, and doors make a lot of noise at the late night/early morning, but that's on me Overall, would highly recommend, the 5 X 10 may sound small but it's also (I believe) 12' high so if you stack properly you can get a lot of stuff in a compact amount of space. (Frank if you're reading this, great work with this store as well as the one near Russell with Michelle the new hire)"

"I've used storage facilities in 3 different states. Never have I had such consistent, great service. Pat and Tom are fantastic! The facility itself is clean, well lit and easy to navigate. I originally booked one unit, but was unsure if everything would fit. Tom informed me the unit next to mine was available, and would hold it for the day as we moved my items in, in case I needed it. I did, and the convenience of having them side by side is wonderful. Pat and Tom are friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer on my very first day. I felt welcomed and appreciated. If you need storage, come on down and have a chat with these guys. They make the process easy and quick in a friendly environment."
