A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

I made a reservation with Angelina for an RV spot and communicated with her several times as we made our way to Henderson. She was always kind and reassuring. When we got to the Life Storage facility we met up with Angie the Store Manager. She was equally kind. She gave us a tour of the facility and helped us get just the right spot for our RV. She carefully reviewed all of the paperwork and disclosures. The facility is clean and well cared for. I have one important suggestion. Life Storage needs to add additional key pads several feet higher than the ones the cars use so that high profile vehicle drivers donāt have to exit their vehicles to enter a code. Please add the key pads because this is a safety hazard."

"I have been a renter at this location for over a year. Easy access, generally well kept location. I have always had great interactions and experiences with Angie the manager. Helpful, thorough and always willing to help. However twice in the last month I have gone in to inquire about a 40ft spot for a new RV. I walked in two weeks ago and when approaching the other gal that is there sometimes (grey hair about 5'2" usually weekends and sometimes evenings) while she was talking heatedly to another customer I stood off to the side and patiently waited. Her response, "What, how can I help you." I was stunned but afforded her the benefit of the doubt not knowing what was happening. I politely asked about a large space and with little of any eye contact tersely answered with single word answers. I left a bit irritated. Yesterday 8/11 I returned at 5PM to inquire about purchasing a spot I had reserved online. The door was locked. I pulled on it and the sun so bright I can't see inside. Door opens and Ms Sunshine no mask in sight, greets me with, "what." I am on high alert based on last time. I tell her about the space I held online, but before I can finish she says, interrupting me, "walk over there I'm mopping and the floor is wet. Thats why the door is locked." Um OK. Then my wife walks in and says, "Oh no masks?" Were both vaccinated so no big deal. She snaps back, "No!" Emphatically caught not following the rules of the establishment clearly posted on the door. Back and forth she clearly is trying to get us out the door answering questions quickly, rudely and expeditiously trying to finish and leave for the night. To be clear I'm not sensitive nor are my feelings hurt easily. She's simply RUDE, uncouth and clearly not cut out to be the face of a business. If I was Angie the manager, I'd terminate her employment. She's costing you business. I will be taking what I do have with you all and moving it ASAP. I won't be disrespected by someone who cannot be a good human being or employee. So now $200 gone for the 10x10 and another $325 for the spot you all just lost out on. Fix this nonsense. Atchley and Dean Martin locations polar opposites. Should. Be. Terminated."

In all my years of using storage, I've never been treated so wonderfully by a caring and helpful staff. There have been countless times I've spend considerable amount of time my "second home" not only clean, but also well insulated unit.
Sometimes during hot months In the summer a friendly staff member have driven by and kindly dropped by without asking and provided at no charge a couple of waters because they see me on cameras dealing with what is at times extreme heat. All this kindness, while doing security and perimeter check of premises.

Closed Out Unit & bought over $150 In supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap etc) from their office & needed a screwdriver for help on one last item we couldn't fit in load . "I rented an interior air conditioned unit here for well over a year and the facility has always been clean and well kept. It is hands down, the nicest storage unit I've ever leased. After pulling into the gate and entering my code, I drive through a roll-up door that opens and then closes, leaving me and my car in a secure, air conditioned building that also has excellent ventilation for the vehicle. I can walk to my storage unit and use a cart if needed. Then when I'm finished, I pull up to the 2nd roll-up door and it senses my vehicle and opens. Totally state of the art. Then, I pull around to the exit keypad, punch in my code, and out I go. Simple and easy process. If I ever need anything, Angie and Catherine are available to help anytime and make the process seamless."
