Life storage in Brentwood MO is a great place to store your belongings. The staff has always been informative, helpful and kind. I've never experienced unliked behavior or treated poorly from a staff member even when I had a complaint. The complaint was not a reflection of this location however I still came in upset and they handled it with kindness. A big deal for me. The lockers are monitored with a camera. The grounds area is fenced in with a gate code to access. Staff has been available their full scheduling time of hours open. All of these positive things give this location a A+.
