I had a very good experience with my first encounter. I really appreciate the help from the attendant on duty at the time I arrived at the facility for the very first time. He showed me my storage show me how to use the entrances and I really didn't appreciate his help.

Best storage Facility ever!!

I had gotten a storage unit at Public Storage a few days ago because I was moving and after filling it up to capacity I realized I needed more room I made a reservation for another unit and when I tried to pay for it they sent me to another site and at that time that didn't work and there system was completely overwhelming and when I tried to speak with Representatives each one put me on hold for another department and this went on for over an hour finally I had to go to the office where I had a moving truck there with three guys that were putting the stuff in the unit but was waiting they were waiting for me to pay for the unit so that we could accomplish this I lived 2 minutes away from this public storage on Lindbergh boulevard in St Louis Missouri and I grabbed my credit card and just jumped in my truck and drove across the street when I got there the woman at the counter was very rude to me and as she saw I only had my credit card with me and she said she needed my license and I said I don't have it with me I just grabbed my credit card and got here fast it was 124 pm when I got there. The woman behind the counter said do you have your ID and I said no I just ran across the street here to pay this and she said well I need your ID I said I already have one unit here I just want to pay for the second one because I needed more room. I told her I would run across the street and be right back with my purse which had my ID . I told the lady there that would be back in 5 minutes she told me well I leave at 1:30 I'll be gone I said it is 1:24 in the afternoon and it'll only take me 5 minutes. She was so rude and mean to the point of being cruel she would have only had to wait 5 minutes to have helped us out after we had gone through over an hour of trying to accomplish this by way of the phone and then in person I therefore then went to a different story to place which is you folks Life storage and got a 5x10 there after getting that unit I realized that it was too small for the rest of the stuff that I had so today I went there and spoke with a man named Tom he was very kind very informative and allowed me to go ahead and get basically the largest unit that you guys had there and pages the balance between the two units he made my day so much better with being very kind and very helpful thank you Tom and the Life storage you turned a terrible experience into a great one P.S. got to say your storage facility is so clean.amd every time I go there Tom is busy, busy, busy.
