"Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Tim, the mgr at the Kirkwood location, formed my first impression. This is my first time w/ storage rental, and he was so welcoming and explained everything perfectly - even walked me through the gate sign-in and drive through process. The facility itself is amazing. It's immaculate and so secure. My unit is on the 2nd floor and with the easy elevator access and the large flat carts, it's as simple to access as a first floor unit. I can unload half my suburban (filled to the top) with one cart! The hallways are perfectly designed for the carts and the entire area is so well lit, with additional lighting illuminating the hallways automatically as I walk through. Finally, the double entry/gate system for both incoming and outgoing is both easy and secure. I will recommend this to anyone."

"On 9/21/22 I visited Life Storage Kirkwood, formerly EZ Storage, where I transferred into a larger unit than the one I had been renting in the same location. As I walked in the door I was greeted kindly by a gentleman named Tim. He wore a welcoming smile and lit up the office with his positive energy. He took the time to chat with me briefly about why I was interested in the location and discovered that I live just right down the block. His attention to detail led our conversation toward the discovery of my motivations for renting a storage unit and he diligently worked to provide me with the best rate he could possibly offer. Tim showed me his passion for serving his customers at the highest level as he shared his years of knowledge and experience in the self-storage industry.
