So, where is the need to increase rates on current renters?? BTW, Chanda deserves 5 stars!"

"The building is clean, the units are easily accessible during non-business hours and carts, buggies, and hand trucks are also available free of charge. The staff is so helpful as well. Many thanks to them especially Ms Chanda who has helped me so much! Definitely a 5 star place! But 2 stars to the company: my units price has increased - 10 shy of doubling - in a little over 8 months."

"We have rented from Life Storage for years and we have never had an issue. The reason being is because of Chanda! She is the heart and soul behind this location. My family has used many storage facilities over the years but this is the only storage facility I was sad about leaving because of Chanda. I am going to miss seeing her face. She was always there to help us every time we came to move something out of our storage. She was there to offer us a bottle of water, or there to help us find a mover when our mover did not show up. "So far great! Online rental worked perfectly. We were able to use the early first -24hr access to go into the facility, find & open our space & put the new provided lock on the door. It was cooler than the outside temp, so climate seems to be good. It's very tidy, no signs of bugs or vermin. Altogether a very good start!! Only one wish/suggestion: it would be really nice if there was an email address! I hate playing phone tag & since we work nights, I doubt we'll be in during normal business hours very often."

"Was a great place for storage but when it was time to move out i booked to rent the truck. Well I received a call only 3 hours before I was supposed to rent and was told I couldnt. The reason is cause there was another woman's things in it and she wouldn't remove from the truck. Was very frustrating since I had to scramble to get a uhaul. I would put in the documents that if someone refuses to remove belongings from truck that y'all would have the right to do it since you're losing out on money "
