I was stranded after Hurricane Ida, threatened and harassed by a moving company that kept me waiting over 24 hours before they showed up, and then told I would have to pay a fee for keeping Them waiting! She spent a while with me, helping me to calm down and by the time the movers finally showed up she helped me have the confidence to stop them from extorting even more money from me.
