"I reserved a space online,Staff followed up quickly.The day i went to pay went smoothly.When i returned the original space assigned to me was incorrect along with the lock provided when i paid for the unit.I went to the staff onsite.A different staff was in the office trying to help me.The original staff came in and proceeded to be rude to the other staff and i.The staff who made the mistakes came to the unit with the correct lock and was extreme,y rude and upset the i had put items in the unit originally assigned to me.Shout out to the nice staff for being professional."

"Over the past several years, I had the unfortunate luck of having to store my possessions at several different storage companies in Nantucket, Hyannis, Auburn and finally Oxford. Of the four, LIfe Storage offered the best service, price structure, cleanliness and quality. Although my stay at Life Storage was short-lived, the service I received far exceeded the other companies I had to deal with. They office staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The condition of the interior storage units are A-1, and the elevator actually works, not like the other chain storage unit located in Auburn. I wish I would have found them earlier. I would strongly recommend you check them out if your in need of storing your item, you would be pleasantly surprised."

"Very wonderful staff! Unfortunately their prices are inconsistent. I found out in the office that a gentleman was closing out his space because he thought $90 was too much. He had an 8nside space. I was paying $153 for an outside space the same size!!! I don't use them anymore. Staff is aces! Prices are not."
