"I used Life Storage for 3 years and I recently got the chance to get back to my unit for the first time in those 3 years. When I opened my unit everything was still clean and nice. Not even any dust. The lack of dust after 3 years of not being opened really surprised me. Bob helped me get my unit ready to go 3 years ago and he also helped me out big time closing it out now that I was able to get all my stuff. COVID really put me in weird spot having to move and Life Storage was definitely the right call and I high recommend them."

"Extremely happy with my choice renting 2 10x10 storage units at this location. The few times I have needed help from staff I was provided with quick assistance that went above and beyond. When I lost my keys to one unit the staff member (wish I knew his name!) immediately helped me out and drilled out my old lock, and gave me a new lock and keys. When I asked him to check on my renewal date for one of my storage units I found out the renewal date was tomorrow, he suggested I could add a few days (prorated) ahead of time, instead of being stressed about getting the last few things out by the next day. I had thought it was an all-or-nothing - pay another month if I couldn't get it cleared out in time. So if you are near your renewal date, make sure you ask ahead of time to prorate... All-in-all, the staff are there to help you, not to gouge you. 5 stars!!!! Glad to have such a great place to store my things!!!"
