"Storing at this facility has been a HORRIBLE experience and I do not recommend them. If you ever need assistance no one is around for help and even when I tried calling they're answering service hung up on me. I had problems getting into my unit and they left a note reading that they were on lunch and will not be back until 4pm. I had arrived at 1 that afternoon."

"Over a month ago my storage unit and 2 other units were broken into. The doors have not been replaced. I have been charged for the monthly rent. The office is not manned when posted. The Readville, Hyde Park Massachusetts location service is awful!"
