"This particular life storage in Rosedale is a complete and utter disaster!!! they’re renting space to criminals!!!! to people that are obviously trying to hide an illegal operation in a storage facility!!they block 2 to 3 to 4 segments of the building with people,U-Haul’s, cars so that and as soon as someone comes close to their own unit. Several people will rush up to u to divert you away from what they’re doing!!! there’s 2 to 3000 small packages wrapped in Xpress film every single day and they’re there from the time they open until the time they close it’s absolutely revolting our country is collapsing commercially because folks like life storage is renting out space in a commercial setting!! they’re letting these people have their illegal operation in a storage unit 3430, Rosedale, md 21237 Fontana la"

"Blair and Sam were attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. It's my first day on the lot and I went into the office to sign my agreements. There's an option to book online with no contact as well. Sam assisted me and made sure my code worked on the gate. Each new unit comes with a welcome kit including a new lock with 2 keys. If you have your own just return the lock so you won't be charged for it. I chose this spot for the half-off the first three months and the long access hours. Gate hours are 6am-10pm everyday including holidays. Glad I found an available unit in the size I needed."

"Money hungry corporation that if your a day late they lock you out even if your vacating the unit unless you pay a full month plus fees! Their higher up managers do not even want to work with you nor even give you the common decency to return your call no matter what the situation! You cannot get in touch with the corporate office for any reason. Do not rent space from them. They will lure you in with a low price and then more then double it a few months later. USER BEWARE! Their ladies that work for them are sweet. That is the only thing nice."
