"All the time I've been there it was very inconvenient for times when I first started renting the storage I was there for 6:30and the doors were not open as stated prior when I signed the lease that's was the first strike because I had to call customer service three times and still couldn't get it until 9am which made me late with my uhaul and had to pay xtra for the time delay THEN The elevators are annoying and time consuming especially when you use them CORRECTLY!!! Yes even when you use them the proper way it's still time delay THEN The cart issue AT FIRST there was four carts for the second half of the building then there was two SOMETIMES there's not any THEN ! The bathroom Issue THERES JUST ONE BATHROOM IN THE WHOLE FACILITY and you cannot enter if your not located in that part of the building THATS A HUGE NEGATIVE BECAUSE IF YOUR UNLOADING YOUR BELONGINGS WHICH MAY TAKE FROM ONE HOUR ETC.... you should not have to stop close your truck and drive to LOWES or RACETRACK when your paying over $100++++ to RENT A storage for your belongings SO keep in mind having a storage is very useful when you need it but when the storage is NOT convenient it be some an issue there are these storage places ALL OVER THE CITY !!!!! This company's should cater more to the people who keep them AFLOAT! Also the two homeless people that I always saw one going to the back of the building I wish that I could help him Life storage I hope you do better when customers are paying you to provide something convenient and efficient for their needs"
