A 5x5 storage space is the size of a small walk-in closet. It holds one piece of furniture with a narrow footprint, tall narrow items like lamps, and 6-8 boxes.
A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"Pikkie provided amazing customer service. He was extremely patient. He took me to every size unit to let me see how big or small the spaces were. His energy was very uplifting and welcoming as soon as I set foot into the office! However, while giving me a tour of the different size spaces I noticed that there were no carts available at the entrance he told me I would be using. When I inquired about the carts he informed me that they all must be at the other entrance and if I should ever have that problem just give the office a call. So while still being helpful and providing great customer service, I find the missing carts to be a major inconvenience because if I ever need to storage anything, there's a 98% I will need the carts. The last thing I want to do is hunt down carts or sit and wait to one is brought to me."

"The store is very clean. The security cameras are all over the place which is a plus. However, the staff there has attitudes that should not be made to the public. I pay $309 a month for 2 storage units faithfully. The manager there do not try to work with you under any circumstances. Recently, I tried to pay my storage bill online and I was under the impression that the payment went through, but when I checked my account online the payment had not been deducted. I immediately contacted the store once I noticed that a late fee had been applied. The manager said they don't waive the late fee under any circumstances (as if it was my fault). Run from this place!!! Additionally, the prices seem to increase every 3-4 months!"
