"Stored a boat here for two years. The management is great, very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for them! Also, I love the easy online payment. Only downsides are the periodic price increases and narrow sides for loading and unloading a boat. I could have got a larger unit on the far end, but it was almost double the price. Also, no electricity in the units was always a bummer, especially at night."

The facility is VERY CLEAN and well maintained! Extra kudos to Ms. Charlene and Ms. Nina who take great pride in ensuring their customers have what they need and make it the best experience as possible. The only issue was accessibility to carts but with a little help, they made it work for me as I was moving most of my belongings, alone, before the weekend crew could help with the big stuff. "Can't stress enough not to use this place! The main reason we chose this place was due to the cameras and great security features they supposedly have! After 9 days of use we were broken in with powers tools. The only unit and coincidentally the exterior door that goes into that building and the hallway that our unit was in were not covered by cameras. The staff were very aloof about the situation even to the point of making jokes and the manager from the other store who had to come view the tapes because this location didn't know how was clearly aggravated that she had to come view it. Huffed when asked to rewind the camera, took her glasses off and rubbed her eyes huffing. There was no apology or explanation. I requested a camera be put on at least that exterior door since we though we were getting a security camera since that's what they advertise but that entire hallway or door isn't covered and I was told "the owner isn't going to do that". So if your unit is near door 7 or 8 be warned you aren't covered by a camera. Really strange that we were broken in the very next day after we brought over a tv and two very large empty tv boxes. I'm sure the culprits were surprised by the empty boxes. How was anyone able to go undetected when no one went through the gate or were on a camera, it was if someone knew exactly what areas were not covered by cameras. But the crappy attitude was very unprofessional. I should have known when I called the very first time to reserve the unit. Tried calling a few times and finally I was answered with not "life storage, can I help you?" But instead they answered very rudely with "I'M WITH A CUSTOMER!!". I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe this employee though I was their teenage child that was bothering them. But no! Good indication of the lack of professionalism."

"I began by talking to Mark at the corporate reservation level. He was awesome. He completely explained everything about the storage building, the security, and the price options. He put our reservation on hold until we could physically get to the business office. The young lady at the office was very kind and clearly explained the policies. The business office has everything you need to pack: locks, boxes, mattress covers, t.v.  bubble wrap covers, etc. The prices are  reasonable. The facility itself is super clean and the temperature is perfect in the units. Each unit is easily accessible by an elevator (if your unit is not on the first floor) and flat bed carts are provided if they are needed. The security is great: you must use a code to get through the gate and on the elevator. There is lots of lighting and 24-hr surveillance cameras. This business deserves the 5 stars it gets on google."

She was very professional and extremely helpful during a hard time for us of not knowing what our next move was with our living situation and she actually cared to hear what we had been through. Its not often you find a place of business that wants to listen to what you have to say rather than just taking your money. She even told me about the history of the company which was really interesting. She has been with the company over 20 years, we know who we are using for storage for the rest of our lives!"

"Do not use life storage! Called the 1-800 number for a quote for 2 months and was told by Jillian the price would be $195 and that we could go in tomorrow and pay and begin using the unit. Showed up the next day and was greeted by a guy name Shelby and he said it would be $295 and that they recently changed policy and thats why they increased. I asked to speak to a supervisor he said that they would call me if they had time. Went back outside and called the 1-800 number and spoke to Sabrina she said someone would reach out within 24 hours and apologized, never heard from them. I think they quote low over phone and scheme people out with fees, policy changes etc. be very careful when you give your information to a dishonest company."
