Reserved online and went in person to verify, Anthony was a huge help in walking is through the options. Returning a few weeks later to move in, Chiquita was very helpful by taking a break from cleaning to make new lease to include my spouse, and filing proof of insurance. Facility is very clean and well run.

I visited this storage facility on 4/13/24 and had a very pleasant experience. The facility was very nice and clean. The young lady Chiquita was a great help, as well as pleasant. I would definitely refer this facility to my family and friends.

Chiquita and the team at Life Storage on Des Plaines are great! We have had a number of storage units over the years in Chicago, but this by far the best. The building is clean, safe, well lit and easy to access if you are a tenant. It feels like customer service is a top priority for the team there, which is rare, especially in an environment or business like this one. I highly recommend this location and make sure you meet Chiquita - she goes out of. her way to take care of you and also knows the names of nearly everyone there! Thank you!!
