New post 4/9/24: The new manager is very personable. She is polite and always provides great customer service. Original post (rated a 1): This location do not care about their customers!!! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER HERE FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS and they made me pay a late fee that I incurred because their stupid online system was down and they didn't answer the phone. I have never been late, nor have I ever missed a payment. I have went from the smallest unit to the largest unit, been with them through multiple managements, company changes, when they experienced heat wave because the freakin heat unit broke down dead in the middle of summer and lasted til darm near winter it seemed, so I couldnt even get in my unit for months because I have heat intolerance and also the doors are ALWAYS broken, but they choose to be petty of $25. Glad I will be getting a house soon, I DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM RENTING AT THIS LOCATION!!!!
