The place was clean and confirmed pest control is a standard. Easy access to the storage facility. No trash or bugs in sight. The staff is VERY nice and welcoming. Made the process as simple as possible. Only took 10mins for the entire process. Highly recommend.

My rating is for the excellent services by Michelle. She provided excellent service. I am not pleased with the huge rate increase, especially since I have been a customer for a while. There seems to be no honor system.

It was okay, I just was concerned about being quoted one price and a certain unit, on the phone and in person a totally different and higher price in-person. However, the representative was accommodating and lowered the higher price just a little.

So far so good loving the experience the lady at the front desk was soo amazingly generous and helpful I forgot her name, I wish I captured her name but I will recommend this location to more of my friends. But the lady at the front desk deserves something special cause I was about to change my mind of the storage but I’m glad I stayed, she was the reason because how helpful she was ohhhh her name was I believe Michelle so yes thank you Michelle
