I have had several storage lockers at Life Storage for several years. I have been extremely happy with the storage itself (it is wonderful the way you can drive inside to load and unload), the lockers and very clean and the temperature, lighting and security there is great. But mostly I would like to say Barb and Michael who are in the office have been extremely wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to be helpful with anything I have needed, and are both just amazing wonderful people. I highly recommend Life Storage in Libertyville for any storage needs, and am sure you will be very well taken care of there by the office staff, and the facility itself. Plus it is close to the freeway which has been handy, and is also located near great shops in Libertyville if you need a bite to eat or coffee while loading. Thanks so much barb and Michael and Life Storage!

Moving can be stressful. I stopped by to inquire about available units of various sizes, and Barb and her staff were extremely accommodating and super nice! They showed me several units of different sizes, and a comprehensive tour of the facility (which is spotless and beautiful!) Really helpful and informative. Can't wait to sign up!
