"I inquired about a storage unit at this place and the first thing that caught my eye was how clean it was. The Manager Danielle was there and she was very nice. She didn’t seem to mind when I asked a million questions.. haha! She was very friendly and informative. The storage units were very clean as well. It was a very inviting environment. Some storages are kinda creepy and dusty with sketchy employees. This place was not like that at all! I will definitely be getting my storage unit from here!"

Life Storage just took over this location and I didn't know how I would pay for my monthly storage. Teresa took her time, got my info, and walked me through the process to set up for online payments. "I would like to be completely honest. When I heard about the switch I was nervous a little bit however my nervous feelings would soon be put to rest after impeccable customer service I received today. This morning I a bit scared when my lock was opened, I saw the Ms. Teresa and she was quick to Assit me and figured out a way to dismantle the situation in a positive light. She went back with me and also helped educate me about the types of locks etc. She displayed patience and understanding while also helping me BEFORE the first office was open. Typically the office don’t open until 930 I stopped her about 845 she wasn’t on the clock, however she went above and beyond before she even started her shift. The ability to work across teams and with customers is a strength not everyone has. I’m impressed with the way she and crystal handle this morning events. Due to her timely arrival at work she was able to Assit me without compliant and crystal ensuring me everything was fine. It’s hard to make a difference in someone’s life and just being a great person both of these young women has definitely positively impacted mines. I am thankful. Thank you Life storage for having awesome employees that go above and beyond for your clients. I appreciate it."
