"So far it has been a great experience. I actually came here after a failed attempt to get a unit at Public Storage. I'm glad now it worked out the way it did. The lady who completed the paperwork was very nice and efficient. After getting started online I got a call from her and I was able to confirm and get my unit minutes before closing time. She went over everything in the office and made sure that I was happy with my purchase and I was able to start putting things in the unit immediately."

"So far so good. I loved the way you can reserve and pay for the storage room online. After I made my payment I was given the gate passcode and storage room number. Hen I arrived at the site it was clean and felt very safe even though I chose the one in the very back of the lot. I found my number and when I opened the door I found ,in a bag , a new cylinder lock with the keys and brochures about the place. I really like this place so far. I haven't spoke to anyone in the office yet so I don't know how friendly and hospitable they are but if anything like the wonderful ease of renting online then I will be very pleased."
