"The facility is clean and well kept. The process is hassle free. I worked with Alex and he gave me a detailed description on the fees, times and locations. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing is the locks, it's only good for the storage unit, can't be used anywhere else..Which add extra security to your unit, I guess."

"This particular location on Redan Rd saved the day for me. I booked a last minute rental online. I had another unit reserved at a different location but it didnt go as planned. When I drove to the gate. I was met with a warm welcome from Joshua. He met me at the unit I reserved, gave us time to check things out, and verified things were OK for us. I quickly noticed the unit I reserved would be too small for what I needed. He observed and recommended a the perfect size. He switched it with ease. Joshua was very knowledgeable and welcoming.
