Moving cross country, I was worried about getting a storage unit in a new city 2000 miles away, but Lisa reserved the space for us for a week and allowed us to park the shipping van overnight as we drove cross-country. I have been using this location (previously Spacemax) for over 3 years and Lisa has made it super easy and convenient to get a storage unit as well as a spot for my car in the climate controlled indoor parking lot. Unfortunately there was an incident and my car got damaged. Lisa was extremely helpful with the situation and went through hours of video tape to find the day and time of the incident. This helped with completing the insurance claim in record time. If I were in need of someone with outstanding customer service skills as well as management skills I would hire Lisa in an instant. I selected the location because it has indoor climate controlled storage for vehicles and RVs- I store a motorhome inside the building. This is one of, if not the best indoor facilities in Atlanta to store vehicles. It is kept clean, has remote access via an app and Lisa is the absolute best person to deal with.
