We recently rented a 10x10 storage unit and the experience was wonderful. Trevor kindly took us up to the unit he had selected for us to be sure that we liked it. He then walked us through the rental agreement process and carefully showed us how the access code keypad works. The entire facility is spotless.

Life Storage Roswell facility is very clean and all their employees are so nice, friendly and professional. When I rented my unit they helped me select the perfect size unit for my needs actually suggesting a smaller unit than I came to look at which saved me money and everything fit perfectly! There are always carts available and the elevators come very quickly. I love the motion sensor lights that come on as soon as you approach each area, keeping the corridors extremely well lit, so I feel extremely safe, even when I go there by myself. Life Storage is climate controlled so I never have to worry about my items getting moldy or ruined. I just emptied my unit after storing things for over a year and everything it in perfect condition. When I checked out at the office, the guys were so nice and told me they were sorry to see me go and thanked me for my business. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for all storage needs!

Went to put some of our stuff into my storage and it started raining, Trevor went and looked for a cart for us and brought it to us so we could put everything on the cart and take it in at 1 time instead of walking back and forth in the rain. He was super sweet and helpful and even gave me condolences of losing my one and only sibling, my sister, 2 days ago unexpectedly! They even worked with me when my husband was in the hospital after a heart transplant that he had severe complications and was in a coma…this is a great storage and I would recommend them to anyone….and it’s super clean so that’s a plus!
