Shanita was a great help walking me through the process of what needed to be done. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had won a storage auction and didnt know what to do and Shanita was there to save my day. Units were older but had lights in them and the parking lot is being repaved at the time of this review. If I lived closer, this is where my storage unit would be

Excellent customer service. Shanita was attentive and patient, explaining all the details to me, and didn’t rush my 64 year old brain. The facility was spotless, and secure. Prices were reasonable, as were the terms of the contract. Excellent facility. Excellent service.

I am going to possibly need a storage unit in the near future and had some questions regarding the process. I just wanted to know how everything works. I spoke with Ms. Mallory today, and she answered all of my questions with ease. She was able to let me know what the best size would be for me based on what I will need to store. If I do need a unit in the future I will definitely want to rent with her! She made me feel comfortable about the process.
