"We have rented from life storage for over a year for extra space for business. We stopped in this weekend to find our temperature controlled unit leaking water completely into our unit. When we called to inform them they let us know this was not considered an emergency and they would put a work order in. We called again this morning and they still gave not put in the work order. We pay $400 a month for the unit. They basically just want you money and font care about making things right."

Every person working there was always so helpful. My only complaint was that the elevator doors close too quickly when loading in carts. But otherwise I highly recommend Life Storage."

"Although the customer service at the front desk was very friendly, I can only give two stars due to their pricing policies. We reserved a unit on the web, supposedly with first month free and for $154 thereafter. But when I went to the facility to finalize the agreement, was told that this unit was "excluded" from that deal, because it had outside entry and was on ground floor. Very misleading."

"I have been here a few months now and Jenny has been awesome. I feel like she remembers me when i call and that's a nice feeling. She had to help me with an auto payment dilemma I had today and she was so professional and nice and caring. This location is TOP NOTCH! The website is easy enough to use as well. CONS- The hallway lights (inside first floor) only stays on for 60 seconds and turn off. That's annoying especially if i am in my unit looking for something and it goes off, i have to go back out and walk down the hallways waving my arms up to get the lights to turn back on but that doesn't take away from the star rating, just wish they would fix the timers."
