I was pretty desperate when I was looking for a storage unit. My water heater burst which let to water and mold damage in my house. The mold inspector said I need to remove all of my furniture and belongings from both my house and garage. I am a pack rat so this was no small task. I compared the rates on the storage rooms close to my house. I was looking for a good price on two large storage room with climate control, easy access, good hours, safe, and that was close to my home in New Tampa. I went to a storage place a few miles down the road from where I rented and was considering renting there when they suggested I look at their other storage units a few miles away. They thought it might suit my needs better than they could. They were correct, and I even got a reduction because they had a buy one month get one free. So with the exception of admistrative and lock fees it was free and if I left by the end of the month it would have cost me under $100 for two large units. Unfortunately I was not able to leave after one month. But I have been able to take boxes out slowly and get rid of things I didn’t need. Some things I threw away but most I either gave away or donated. I love being able to go through my units to pull things out and feel safe. The units are in a good area and are behind a gate with an access code required to enter day or night. I have found the other renters to be friendly and helpful. A few times I needed help getting a box that was over my head or too heavy for me and other renters volunteered to help me. My house was taking longer than expected due to the insurance company and my contractor’s mom had a stroke. So I needed an extra month. Even though the rates were about to increase the management was able to negotiate a lower rate which really helped. I was at the end of the insurance company paying for my units, so it was coming out of my pocket and I couldn’t afford it. If you need to rent a storage place I would highly recommend this company. They are safe, clean, easy to access, climate controlled, and have friendly helpful staff. They have units that can be accessed inside a building as well as ones with outside access that you can pull your car right up to, and there are plenty of large carts to move your possessions with too. My experience has been excellent.

A++++ exceptional experience. A very nice calm and organized facility. Mardi and Christina did an excellent job showing me plenty of options and offering a very good rate (best rate in area!). They made me feel very welcome and explained the renting process very easy. The storage units are clean well lit and have good security. Very high ceilings and easy to access. I definitely recommend this storage place. Such a nice staff and facility!

I first arrived and missed judged the space needed for our boat. Marty (management) patiently worked with me to obtain the space needed at an affordable price. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

It seems like covid retired customer service skills. However, the service I recieved today was by far Exceptional. I called in because I was unable to sign up online, good thing I did because I reserved a parking space. In all honesty, I'm annoyed to, but not to the point of being rude. However, I was defensive. Of course, I immediately attempted to correct her entire time, I was looking at the wrong email...I apologize. The entire time, the young lady was so helpful and patient. Her along with a woman in the background literally saved the business. The both of you kept pulling me back in everything I veered away. I couldn't be more grateful because then they mentioned a special which helped me out tremendously. My phone is on 6%, I'm literally waiting to be picked up from the airport but wanted to extend my sincerest gratitude for both ladies being so helpful and kind to me. Thank you so much again.
