In the past, i was used to storage companies overcharging for their units and the workers being rude. My previous experience made me hesitant about getting a unit, but I figured I'd give it a try, and I'm glad I did! The price I locked in online was a great value, but the customer service is truly what sealed the deal. Jonathan and Jalisa were amazing. I had spoken with Jalisa over the phone prior to coming in and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I later came in the office with my husband and child, and Jonathan and Jalisa both greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked through the door. The process was a breeze from start to finish. Jonathan took us to view the storage before we locked in the contract and made sure we knew where our storage would be located. He also made sure to thoroughly review the contract and answer all of my questions. They even joked a little bit with my child and made him comfortable while he waited. They both showed the value of good customer service!

So helpful, clean and great prices! Gated lot. Would definitely recommend — have trollies to use for your things to transport to your unit. Ray is a Ray of sunshine working the front and very thorough with everything!!
