The staff is excellent and quick to respond . I will say that if you don’t arrive early it is hard to find a cart but I find that is true at most storage places. I also love that there is no contract and they prorate your rent based on number of days unused , and the place was extremely clean. No issues with the security or doors.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience with my storage unit experience at Life Storage. The buildings and the halls and the grounds are always clean and well maintained. The storage managers are kind and helpful, and I never had any issues. I felt my belongings were always safe.

I accidentally left my storage key in my car at the U-Haul store, which was miles away and needless to say I was on a timeline with u-haul. Not to worry, Kevin stepped in and assured me I would be able to have the existing lock cut off and purchase a new lock. The thing about it is, he even offered to drive me to U-Haul. And I thought that was extremely sweet and very customer friendly. Willing to accommodate. Kevin got his tools and went to work... About 5 minutes later...access granted! Thanks again Kevin!
