We called the number and were promptly connected with customer service and the store manager Pablo Torres was super helpful. He patiently explained the process, walked me through the auto pay policy and assured me the garage is safe with 2 added locks. The location was clean and the parking space was perfect for my car. Mr. Torres displayed excellent customer skills and answered all my questions. He put me at ease and made this experience a seamless transaction. I felt that he really care for his customers. He seems very dedicated and passionate about his job.I will recommend Life Storage and this particular location to all my friends and family because of the excellent and superb customer service that Mr. Torres provided me during my visit yesterday. "My in laws have had a unit here for several years that we have used, and with Hurricane Ian right on our doorstep, we decided last minute to get one of our own to store our irreplaceable belongings, in the event our mobile home is reduced to toothpicks while we are in shelter at a Resort Hotel in Orlando.. We secured the unit online, and raced down there at the speed of light to catch them before they closed, and Pablo at Life Storage was incredibly kind and caring from the moment we walked into the door. He drove us on his golf cart to show us the unit to make sure we were happy with it, and absolutely we are! "Formerly Metro Storage. I have been a client of Metro Storage for a little over four years before the change. Metro was easily a solid 5 star. A 4 star for life storage might be a little generous, but I'll start there and see where it goes. Life storage made a few changes. No longer 24/7 access to your unit, my climate controlled unit is much hotter and more importantly more humid, and of course a pretty sizable price hike. I'll give them another month or two and if things improve I'll give them 5 stars and update my review. If things don't change or get worse I'll lower my star rating accordingly and update my review. And I guess find a new storage company. But I really hope it won't come to that."
