"If I could give 0 stars I would. I found a online special where the 1st month was free for this location. I snapped a picture of it and went down to the location to speak with a rep to see if he could get credit for it before I reserved it online. After showing him the picture of the online special he honored it and told me to bring my trailer on Saturday and everything would be ok. When I arrived Saturday, I was given a hard time about the special and the woman working said she couldnt honor the special. I showed her the picture and she said it could have been taken at any time. I said no, look at the detail and it will show you when the picture was taken. I then told her to call the coworker that honored it. After she argued with him infront of me on the phone she said she still couldn't offer it. I asked for the owners information and she wouldn't give it to me.
She then told me to go park my trailer and when I arrived back at the office it would all be taken care of. I parked the trailer and when I got back to the office she said she had to charge me 1/2 price but it would be refunded on Monday. I was in a hurry and was beyond annoyed so I said great. That was over a week ago and noone has reached out, and no refund was done.

"Initially, getting a unit here was quick and easy but I was never told I needed to fill any paper out to move out of my unit or to have it done by a certain day otherwise Id have to pay for the whole month in full. I am highly dissatisfied with the help Ive received in the last few days. I went on vacation from the 5th to the 12th so I got my last two items out of storage on the 14th (nine days later because I WAS ON THE OTHER COAST) I called the location the following day (Monday the 15th) and the guy told me he found it empty and thanked me for calling and told me I was all done. I called today and the woman said I would not get reimbursed for the rest of the month because I didnt move out by the fifth (the day the payment gets taken out). She also told me I didnt move out until the 17th in their system which is impossible because I worked all day the 16th-18th until 10pm. I get paying for something while you use it but even when youre done and out? I dont need a full refund I just want to pay for the 14 days I was there and get my money back for the other 16 days.."

When I arrived at the front desk to pay and get the unit Theresa was rude and refused to honor my pricing. "So here is my review on this place. The guy that works here made me feel really uncomfortable for being a single lady using their unit. He kept on following me to my unit and he kept checking me out. I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable at a storage unit. Also the lady next to my unit told me too watch for bed bugs and other bugs so I was looking through my stuff and what do I find... Bed Bugs and German Cockroaches all of my Antique furniture and rugs are infested. So I demanded a different unit and now there is mold on my Stickley furniture from the roof of my unit. I'm calling an Attorney. I would find a different storage place if I were you."
