I was not able to lift somethings and had a large load that he assisted me with right out to the truck and then proceed to help me load. All I can say is WOW!!! You don't find much staff like that in just any storage place. They have extended hours for your convience and security cameras every where for your safety. "I don't write alot of reviews but I feel i should after today, you should definitely rent with this Life Storage. I really liked how there was pricing and unit sizes online, I was able to fill out some of the paperwork online as well. The Assistant Manager Iris was a big help, really patient and knowledgeable. Even though she was busy she took the time to explain the paperwork I was singing. She also showed me my unit and how to use the elevator and key pad. She explained when they lock the place, what they do in case of hurricanes/ storms, how to navigate the maze of storage units, ect. The really cool part was she found my storage lock keys in the parking and called me to tell me. I must have dropped them getting in my car. The place is climate controlled, they have restrooms, a back up generator and 600 units, which they mark with street names, creating paths."

I was caught in a very bad place when our movers showed up to Florida a month before scheduled delivery with no address to deliver our things to. I called life storage and Paul went above and beyond. He found us a ground level unit so the movers wouldn't charge us to go up stairs, stayed late at the shop when the movers showed up an hour late and after normal business hours. He did all of this after just one (frantic) phone call from me from Connecticut. I can't thank him enough and express how grateful we are. I would 100% recommend this facility without a doubt!"
