A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"Lock is broken. Management will not be at the location from September 15-19. I can not get into my storage due to the lock they provided that I had to purchase per their policy would not unlock. I left a message for their emergency contact but no phone call. I was told I could not use my own lock even though today I saw numerous personal locks on other storage units. I need to get my items out of the storage unit since I am moving on September 17th, 2021. I doubt the moving company scheduled for the 17th will care since I am locked out.. Even though the website states the office would be open on September 16th, 2021. I doubt that will happen. I paid for a service and I am locked out. Do not use the location at 2391 US 1 South, St. Augustine, FL 32086!!!"

She goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable to have our valuables here. They are very understanding during these difficult times and they do everything they can do to make things less stressful. We left trash buy the dumpster the other day because the dumpster was locked up , not knowing there is a 100$ clean up fee and she was nice enough to call us and letting us know and didn't want to hurt our pockets even more. So we went there and cleaned it up and put it in the dumpster. Caroline is the real MVP.! If you want a good storage unit without worrying about your valuables and they don't ever hastle or nag about anything. They will give you a courtesy call /text and email prior to your billing cycle . And will make sure everything meets your expectations there is someone always here and have multiple cameras. "On 12/5/20 I went to our storage and we're unable to access it due to our poor stacking.
Something had fallen between the door which left us in a bind. I left a note with manager in the Dropbox and received a call that following morning from Carolina.She met with us and due to a recent car acciyi was no help to access the unit. She took this upon herself to see what was blocking the easy roll-up door. She was able to slide around the contents that were preventing the door to open. Aside of her broom that was broken during her struggle nothing was broken and we were in.I was recently in a car accident and was of no help to lay on the ground and not give up. I must say that Carolina saved the day and we will pass on the "above and beyond the call of duty experience we had a Life Storage" I wanted to do something nice for her because of her hard work and excellent customer service.
